Excellent experience with Brennan's. First of all, I conducted my research, both locally and on the Carrier website. Brennans had the best reviews on Google and Carrier had them listed as their top contractor. So, I called after my HVAC stopped working. They answered the phone and got a technician out on the same day. Would like to take a moment to acknowledge Gari Darr, who went above and beyond diagnosing and servicing my HVAC system. In addition, he signed me up for their service plan which ended up saving me money on the part that needed replacing. Very thankful for his professionalism and service. My system is now working, and it didn't cost me a fortune. Even though he is retiring soon, I will absolutely continue to conduct business with Brennans based off my experience with Gari. We were in search of a reputable company with good reviews after a bad experience with Mann-Inn. After meeting w/ John for an estimate, I was impressed with his vast knowledge, courtesy, thoroughness and honesty. So much so, that I decided not to shop around and just go with John. He was so detailed-oriented taking photos and annotating measurements unlike any other. Brennan's team showed up promptly, worked diligently, did an excellent job and were very friendly. It's been 3 months since our HVAC was replaced and we could not be happier. Liz even went ahead and completed the registration for our warranty, which was above and beyond our expectations. Brennan's was very responsive when we noticed that our furnace was not heating the house properly during the cold snap. We called on a Thursday, and a serviceman came out to diagnose the problem the next day. The furnace was old, and the fan motor was failing, so he gave us several options for replacing the furnace rather than just the motor which would have been expensive. He was then able to schedule a replacement for the next Tuesday which took only about three hours. The price was very reasonable, and now we are enjoying the warmth and a new modern thermostat.
